Located on Commercial Street in Provincetown’s East End, this one Bedroom, two level Condo, is located at the historic Figurehead House. Formerly, a carriage shed this spacious condominium is a short walk to the center of town, yet located in a quiet and private neighborhood with off street, assigned parking for one car.
Spacious Master Bedroom on the second floor with a queen size bed. Dining area for 6, kitchen, bath and living room on the first floor. Living room easily converts into a private second queen size bedroom.
Weekly Rentals: Offered from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm, checkout time is 11am 50% of rental upon signing, 50% plus security deposit 30 days prior to start of rental. Personal Checks accepted, payment must be in US Dollars.
Security Deposit: Deposit is $500 and will be returned within 14 days of rental checkout
Smoking: This is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed within the property limits
Parking: One off street parking space is provided in a designate location
Off Season Rental: Off season rental is available at reduce rates. During off Season partial week or weekend pricing is available upon request
Monthly and Seasonal: Monthly and season rates are available. Seasonal Terms are May 15 - September 15, and are considered and negotiable, as long as no conflicts exist.
