Beautiful Sunny Ranch House, over 2000 sq. ft., Accross From Baywood Golf/ country club and just 5 miles from Rehoboth. There is access to Love creek/Rehoboth bay area in the community. New carpet, beautifully decorated, VERY comfortable fairly new queen size beds in all bedrooms! Big sunny kitchen with everything you need! Sunroom, 2 family rooms with large flat screens, cable and HD. The bedrooms all have TV's with cable. Master is large with its own bathroom, big garden tub and seperate shower, 2 sinks. There is a pond for fishing in the community and a ramp for your boats! we have 2 bikes for you to use. There is a shopping center a mile away for all your needs! The outlet stores are a 15 min drive to Rehoboth! This is a great family rental. Washer , dryer and central AC. We are right accross from BAYWOOD Golf Resort. Sorry We Do Not Allow Pets, No Smoking In House. Thank You

$1250 for 1 wk, total rent due 4 wks prior. Check in after 3:00, check out is No Later then 12:00. In order to hold the property we require half the rent along with the rental agreement.
A $300 returnable, security deposit is also required and due with final rent payment.
