Enjoy fishing, water skiing, swimming or just relaxing and enjoying a sunset with the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.  If you’re looking for a spa…this isn’t it.  But if you’re looking for a weekend getaway for fishing, or fun in the sun for the kids, you don’t need to look any further.  The home is located on Cowan Creek, a preferred location just off the main lake, south of the Highway 22 Bridge (near Pruett’s Fish Camp).   Bring your boat, your jet ski, or just a float; you’ll have a great time!

When making your reservation a valid credit card is required to keep on file until after your stay and the unit is cleaned.

A $100.00 cleaning fee and 10% lodging tax is required.

To hold a reservation we require a minimum deposit of $100.00 and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to renting. 

Our home is NON-SMOKING and failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200.00

Pets are limited to one per house and and additional fee will be charged if any damage occurs

Vacationing students and single adults under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult are not permitted to rent our home.

Check out time is 11:00 am
