vacation rental description
In the heart of Mendocino, the 'apartment' is actually the entire second floor, and offers spectacular views of Mendocino Bay and Headlands. The house was designed and built by William Zacha, artist and founder of the Mendocino Art Center, as his family home.
Designed around a central atrium the house is warm and light, with 2000 sq ft of living space and a 40 foot X 10 foot balcony facing south.
apartment rental amenities
The house has three bedrooms: master w/queen bed and ocean front view, one with double bed and one with a double and a twin, and two full bathrooms.
The living room and dining room face the ocean and feature comfortable, clean furniture and TV/stereo/DVD/CD.
There is cable and wireless internet, and a land line, and a shelf full of board games.
We just redid the kitchen last year so it is new and fresh, with gas stove, stainless appliances, dishwasher, disposal, and espresso machine! ...and it is stocked with condiments, spices and other goodies.
Downstairs is the Mendocino Healing*Arts Center, which offers nutrition counseling, acupressure treatments and massages of all types. The body workers will come upstairs if you prefer. We have even had a bridal party group massage, complete with champagne and 4 simultaneous foot massages!
activities and attractions in Mendocino North Coast
