washer and dryer. Wells Beach is one of the finest family vacation spots  
anywhere. Wells has seven miles of sparkling beaches plus numerous  
areas of splendor that attract people from all over the world to  
golf,antiques and more. Wells is accessible via train from Boston,  
MA. Rentals by the week

Mid April – 5/25/07		$1100 per week  plus 7% sales tax 		 
5/26/07 – 6/30/07		$1600 per week   plus 7% sales tax 
7/01/07– 9/8/07	 	        $1800 per week  plus 7% sales tax 
Labor Day through Columbus Day  $1200 per week plus 7% sales tax 
After Columbus Day              negotiable  plus 7% sales tax 
 
Long weekends or mid week rentals are negotiable
