Newly built in 2012, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is located on the sunny side of a quiet court in North Mission beach, only steps away from both the ocean and the bay. Second floor great room consists of a fully-equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large dining table, living room with convertible queen sofa, 40-inch TV, and glass sliders that open to a large covered deck perfect for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon drinks, or just hanging out.
Master bedroom with private bath and entrance are on the 1st floor, with two other bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one with queen bed and one with two twin beds.
There's a two-car garage which will fit one large SUV and one small car. Washer & dryer are located in the garage.
Windemere is a beautiful and quiet court, and we ask that guests respect our neighbors and community. We discourage rentals by vacationing students and singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Amenities abound including a TV in each bedroom, dvd, wireless internet, ceiling fans in every room, along with games, books, and puzzles for all ages. Also provided are beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys.
Outside amenities include a firepit on the front patio for those cool evenings, a gas barbecue for cookouts, and an outside hot & cold shower.

Within walking distance to the area shops, markets, and the best in restaurants that Pacific Beach has to offer.
Belmont Park with its famed roller coaster is a mile away. Also within a short drive to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, sportsfishing and watersports, including boating, sailing, parasailing, etc.
