Ideal for family vacation or a great weekend getaway in the northern  
coast of Puerto Rico. Located only 20 minutes from San Juan  
International Airport, accessible through a scenic route along the  
ocean line or the roadway in the historic town of Loiza. Away from  
the noise and traffic of the city but within minutes of Belz Factory  
Outlet  
mall, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions  
such as the Yunque Rain Forest.  
Minutes away from the town Fajardo and ferries to the islands of  
Culebra and Vieques. 
Fully furnished, fully equiped kitchen, laundry area, dining and  
living area. Sleeps 6-8. For rent short or long term. Garden  
apartment in front of the pool,jacuzzi and kids playground. Fully  
equipped,  
ready for you to move in. Three air conditioned bedrooms, 2 baths,  
comfortable kitchen, dinning and living area and a huge balcony to  
relax or entertain facing the pools.  
 
Guest Review 
It was wonderful to stay at your place in Loíza, as I told you on  
the phone right after we left.  It is very comfortable, and the  
appointments are lovely.  And ideally situated, off by itself and  
yet close to everything,   It was very quiet during the week as you  
predicted.  And it was extremely kind of you to offer us your supply  
of alcohol.  We used just a little of the rum to flavor piña coladas  
that were really wonderful on warm afternoons.  As a result, I  
brought some rum home with us to use next summer!  Here we are still  
having snow off and on. 
It´s a wonderful place, and we were very glad to have the chance to  
stay there.  And thanks for driving us out and showing us around. 
Give us a call if you ever come to Wisconsin!

Vacation Rental Amenities

It has 3 bedrooms, all with closets, and two bathrooms, one  
accessible from the master bedroom.  
The apartment is on the first floor and has two balcony. The kitchen  
is open across a counter/bar to the dining area. It is furnished  
with  
a queen size bed in the master bedroom.  The living room is equipped  
with a fan, and the a/c at bedrooms.   
Activities and Attractions nearby 
There are waterfalls and natural swimingpools at El Yunque; the   
rain forest, with hiking trails. You will be 15 minutes away from  
one of the best bike trails along the beach in Pinones. Bike rentals  
are available close by. 
Villas del Mar is located near; outlet mall, Luquillo, Rio Mar Golf  
courses 5 minutes & great restaurants. Old San Juan is only 45 min  
away.   
This is a beach front property with easy axcess to San  
Juan and east of PR, Fajardo.  Great location !!!

Vacation Rental Rates

- $950 per week; $175 per additional night; $2,800 per month  
- A 50% of rent deposit (Non-refundable) is required to comfirmed  
reservation. 
 
Additional costs per week: 
- A $150 Security Deposit (Refundable after 7 days of check out) 
- A $60 Cleaning Fee  
- 7% State Tax
