The Apache house has 4 bedrooms and 5 baths (sleeps 16) and is
located in an exceptionally nice neighborhood, perfect for walking,
biking or jogging. The house is on a quiet wooded lot one house
from Lake Michigan where the street ends.
Featuring an 18x40 in-ground pool(heated), the large landscaped fenced yard
has two decks outfitted with a Weber grill and furniture. Enjoy the
sunsets at the end of the street or at the public beach just six
blocks away.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cook top, oven,
microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator with water and ice
dispenser, two sinks, dishwasher, corian counter tops, cherry
cabinets and a table with 4 chairs. The separate formal dining room
with hardwood floors has a table that seats 10.
The fully finished basement has a TV and VCR. The washer and dryer
are also located downstairs along with another ½ bath. There is
forced heat and air conditioning through out house.

The living room has a fireplace and a leather couch that pulls out
into a queen bed. The family room has a TV with cable and VHS/DVD,
leather sofa and love seat. Access to the pool is past the ½ bath
and through a sliding door that leads to the backyard.

A king bed is in the upstairs 17x14 master bedroom with a full
bath, a balcony provides views of the pool and Lake Michigan. The
16x10 2nd bedroom has a queen and a set of bunks. Full bath off of
the hall.

Sleeping 6, the main floor bedrooms are off the hallway. A bath
with enclosed shower is right across from the bedrooms. 11x12, this
room has queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds.second bedroom has a queen bed.

35 Apache Ct. is six blocks away from the Beach and the Kids Corner
Playground. South Beach, a free public beach which has a lighthouse
at the end of the pier, a skateboard /roller blade park and
concession stand. with parking available for $5.

The Kids Corner Playground which is across from Lake Michigan on
Monroe is a wooden park on an open area which includes picnic area,
baseball fields, and public washrooms.

South Haven is a port city located on beautiful Lake Michigan with
many public parks and beaches. The Black River Harbor offers over
2,000 slips for the transient, seasonal boaters.

Summer activities include festivals, arts and craft fairs, live
theater, u-picks (blueberries, peaches, grapes, apples, cherries),
swimming, boating, sailing, golf, hiking, fishing biking (Kal-Haven
trail), jet skiing, in-line skating, farmers markets,dinner
cruises, horseback riding and miniture golf.

Winter Activites include down hill skiing, cross country skiing,
snowmobiling, ice skating, and holiday tree cutting.

South Haven has a charming downtown shoping and dining district
which includes antique shops and a movie cinema with three screens.
