A newly built post and beam style cottage on 1 acre of land on
Levenseller Pond, 10 minutes from Camden in midcoast Maine.
3 bedrooms(2 with a queen bed and 1 with a double and a set of bunk
beds), 2 bathrooms, one with a spa tub (40 jets)
a loft, fully equipped kichen, washer/dryer, a large deck and
screened in porch make this the perfect vacation home. The cottage also has a finished basement with pool/ping pong table, bicycles
This is our second home and we only rent it when we cannot use it.
We run a bed and breakfast and the summer is our busy season, so you
get to enjoy it.

The cottage is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is
like new, appliances, bedding, furniture. All linens and towles are provided.
There is on site space for three cars. We have three bikes. There are  2 kayaks and a canoe  with life perservers for 6.

This is a very peacefull and quiet pond, no motor boats, spring fed,
very clean, great for swimming, fishing and boating. Breath taking hikes just
outside the door. Great location for day trips to Acadia National
Park (Bar harbor) or south to Boothbay Harbor. Great restaurant (The
Youngtown Inn) 5 minutes away and Camden harbor 10 minutes away.

Special off season rates

June 27 thru September 5 $2200.00 Per Week plus tax

Special fall rate for new reservations from 09/05 to 10/24 $1800.00 a week plus tax.
WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER WINTER RENTAL FROM NOVEMBER 1ST UNTIL APRIL 30TH
SPECIAL REDUCED RATE OF $2000.00 PER MONTH, 6 MONTHS LEASE PLUS UTILITIES
