Enjoy the stunning view from the balcony of our 2 bdrm, 2 bath condominium located in The Dunes at Gulf Shores Plantation on Fort Morgan Rd. While staying in 5706 at the Dunes, you are going to enjoy a time of leisure strolling around the luscious landscaping, swimming in the outdoor/indoor or playing tennis. Or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the views!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly require. The dining area has a table and seating for 4. The living area boasts a sofa sleeper and 31" TV/DVD.
There is new tile flooring throughout the unit. The living area and both bedrooms have access to the balcony. There is a washer and dryer on the bottom floor of the complex (coin operated.)
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and 21" TV/DVD. The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a full sized bed on bottom and twin on top. There is a twin sized trundle bed under the bottom bunk. Please no children under six and no adults on top bunk. There is also a 21" TV/DVD in the this bedroom.
Wireless web is provided. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
There are seven pools on the property with one of those being heated. Seven tennis courts, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, basketball courts and Kiva Dunes Golf Course all within walking distance.
All within 15 miles, there are several restaurants, shopping, fishing charters, hiking trails, amusement parks, a zoo and water park.
