Vacation Rental Description

Colony Beach's most elegant homes, you'll appreciate a view
characterized by a beautiful fountain and a pair of tremendous Cuban
Royal Palms.  The interior is is equally magnificent.  The living 
room features a 27" television with DVD and a hand painted wall 
collage created by a local artist depicting a fish eye view of life 
on a Florida Coral Reef.  Cathedral ceilings, wet bar, wireless DSL, 
spacious bedrooms, and jacuzzi hot tubs in both the master and 
second baths complete the fine detail. Walking distance to peaceful 
and private Sunset Park and Beach.

kitchen with dishwasher, compactor, microwave and blender, 3

Immediate access to ocean and bayside with convenient Vaca Cut
location, just over 100 yards in on the canal. Walking distance to 
beach.

Activities and Attractions

Many will be satisfied by the beautiful backyard and private heated
pool but a short walk to Sunset Park and Beach is a nice change of
pace.  Along with the many fine dining opportunities, Key Colony 
Beach
provides some of the world's finest sportfishing and diving. The
shallow waters of the Gulf are ideal for children and novice
snorkeling.  The deeper waters of the Atlantic
offer excellent Scuba Diving adventures on our magnificent reef 
system
for all levels.  

Other activites include daytrips or romantic evening strolls at
Sombero Beach, The Dolphin Research Center (home of Flipper),
historical Pigeon Key where the Movie "True Lies" with Schwarzeneggar
was filmed, the Museum and Nature Center of Crane Point Hammock, and
of course Key Colony Beach is just a short drive to the

Rates listed are subject to 11.5% sales tax and $50 processing.  All
other fees are included in the listed rate.  Pets are acceptable with
a non refundable $200  per pet fee.
