Our condo is located in beautiful Clearwater Point. For your security, this is a limited access building. This newly remodeled and newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor sleeps 6. Our stunning new kitchen and master bath feature cherry cabinets. The Florida room is a perfect place to relax after a long day of fun in the sun. We're sorry,no smoking, no pets.

Low Season: #1,600.00/ month plus Florida tax

Mid-Season: $1,800.00/ month plus Florida tax

Sept.-Oct.
High Season: $2,100.00 plus Florida tax
Nov.-Dec
Jan.- Feb.-March
Seasonal rentals are preferred. No weekly rentals. Refundable Security deposit of $400 is required. A non-refundable security check fee and cleaning fee of $150 is required.
