Off-Peak (Oct-May 1): $295/night, with a 2 night minimum. $1950 weekly.
Peak (May 2nd-Sept): $425/night, with a 2 night minimum. $2650 weekly.
Holidays: 3 nigth minimum.
Rates for longer period available on request.
50% Deposit Required to Hold Reservation. Full Payment due Latest 4 Weeks Before Arrival.
Damage/Security Deposit of $500, due at time of final payment and refunded with in 7 days of departure, assuming no damage to house, grounds and all items accounted for.
Cleaning fee $100
