Open floor-plan, living room with french doors. Master-bedroom suite, occupying the entire second floor (900 sq. ft.), wet-bar, private second story balcony and panoramic views abound. Office with stunning view, might be difficult to get any work done....

50% Deposit Required to Hold Reservation. Full Payment due Latest 4 Weeks Before Arrival.
Damage/Security Deposit of $500, due at time of final payment and refunded with in 7 days of departure, assuming no damage to house, grounds and all items accounted for.
