easy communication, nice and clean, right by slope

I have a very good experience communicating with the owner. He was very helpful and very responsive. I brought group of friends (no children) to Seven Springs for weekend getaway, to celebrate birthday and enjoy skiing in the resort. The condo is spacious, clean and well maintained and right by slopes (Chair Lift #1, Avalanche Slope and the Villages and Boomerang trails). It has a garage and two ski lockers,which is quite convenient since you don`t have to carry your boots back and forth from the condo. The unit is on the 2nd level of the building, and you have to make it through few stairs, so make sure you don`t put your ski boots on right outside the door. Use above listed locker. The kitchen is fully equipped,it has dishwasher also. We were cooking every morning and we found all we needed and everything was working. You may want to be aware that there isn`t wifi, which I personally don`t mind, but few of my friends are workaholics and were missing this feature. Bob Indicated to me that he plans to put it in for next season. My friends could hear our loud rental neighbors one night, but I stayed at the other side of condo and heard very little. I guess you cannot avoid this on a Saturday night at any resort. Otherwise it was quiet and very enjoyable. One of the main reasons I picked this condo was (other than it is ski in/out, great location ...) the bedding situation. Each room has either double or queen size bed, which allowed everyone comfortable sleeping. We all really liked this place and are planning on coming next year again.
