Our Honokaa Hale in Honokaa

Our Honokaa Hale is a family friendy 3 bedroom 2 bath plantation style home on a quarter acre on the north end of the plantation town of Honoka'a, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Our Honoka'a Hale sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is fully furnished with all amenities including a complimentary one pound bag of Kona Brothers 100% Kona Coffee for you to start your mornings off right. 

Our Honoka'a Hale is a smoke free facility and while we welcome chldren we do not allow pets of any kind.

Our Honoka'a Hale sits aproximately 150 feet up a private drive off Ohia Street. The large, private, fenced back yard has two Macademia Nut Trees, two Orange trees, banana and other plants.  There is lots of room for children to run and play safely and can be viewed from the back deck or the large window in the Master bedroom off the living room.

Our Honoka'a Hale is fully furnihsed with everything for a relaxing vacation, honeymoon or family get together. There is a 32" color HDTV with built-in DVD player, over 200 channels of cable tv, secure, wireless internet and toll free local and long distance telephone service to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Guam or Puerto Rico.

The large breakfast bar seats 4+ and the expandable dining table seats up to 8 for a more formal dining atmosphere.

The Master Bedroom has its own full bath and shower for more privacy with a large skylight for more natural lighting.

The Queen Bedroom and the Front Bedroom are separated by the 2nd full bathroom which sits between them.

The 10' x 32' rear deck has a 10'x16' covered area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Hiking trails, rock climbing, hang-gliding. Golf, biking, horseback riding and bicycling.

Shop for curios, antiques, hand-made and local Hawaiian crafts and gifts. Coffee shops, restaurants and Tex's Drive-In and the famous Malasadas.

Our Honoka'a Hale's rates are based on a seven day rental period for two to six persons. The rate for one week is $650.00. A two week rental is $1,200.00. For rental periods of 3 weeks or more the rate is $575.00 per week. These rates do not include the 13.41% State of Hawaii taxes. There is a $250.00 refundable damage/loss deposit due at time of reservation. Damage/loss deposit refunded within 3 buiness days after check out upon verification of no damage/loss.

Deposits & Payment: 50% at time of reservaton, balance of rental due 30 days prior to move-in date.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations canceled 31+ days prior to move-in date will recieve a 100% refund of deposits, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations 30 days or less from move-in date will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee.
