West coast getaway surrounded by nature, 15 mins to downtown in Vancouver

This beautifully updated house feels secluded and tucked away, like a cabin in the woods, but is only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin bed and second full bath, as well as living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with a queen bed, a large office, and a third bathroom. There is also a queen sized blow up mattress, and plenty of room to set it up in the downstairs rec room. The back yard is private and heavily treed, and includes a sizable deck off the kitchen as well as a hot tub. The Seymour river and surrounding trail system are only steps away, and are wonderful for walking, hiking and bike riding. This is a great location for family or business travellers.

There is a large private back yard with a patio off the kitchen and a hot tub. There are fireplaces in the living room and family room.
