Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous scenery, fishing on site. This cozy
waterfront condo is located on the Withlacoochie River where canoeing
and boating are a pleasure.  Sparkling fresh water Rainbow River is 
only minutes away where fishing, diving and snorkeling are top notch.
Public boat launch is less than a 1/4 mile.

Excellent restaurants are within walking distance of the condo, as 
are an array of quaint antique shops.

The condo is on the second floor with sliding glass doors that open 
to a relaxing screened balcony that overlook the river.

Cool off with a relaxing swim in the pool or sit back and enjoy the
soothing jets of the jacuzzi while you gaze across the scenic river.

Wildlife abounds in this historical and charming community. Walking
distance to antique shops, restaurants, quaint ice cream shop. 

Visitors come from across the country to tube on the beautiful 
Rainbow River; fish the Withlachoochee River; and visit Rainbow 
Springs State Park, and Marion County's KP Hole Park. 

Dunnellon has several outstanding golf courses and retirement
communities nearby. Once a wild boomtown created by miners drawn to
rich phosphate deposits, Dunnellon remembers its past with a
weekend-long springtime (April) celebration called Boomtown Days 
Festival, which draws thousands of residents and visitors to the 
town's downtown area. 

With a population of approximately 1,800, Dunnellon is known for its
variety of water-related sports, excellent fishing, and hometown
hospitality.

May 1 thru September 30 
Monthly  $1350.                          
Weekly    $500.
 
October 1 thru April 30  
Monthly  $1500.                          
Weekly    $600.

Lock in your time now; limited availability during season. 

Cleaning: You have an option to clean unit yourself, or pay a $50 fee
for us to have it cleaned. You must designate your option with
registration.

Deposits:
A deposit of $100 required for first time guests.
Reservation and payment required in advance. 

Cancellation: Your advance payment is refundable if the cancellation
is received 90 days prior to arrival date. 

Payment Options: Pay Pal, Visa, MC, Money Order, Cashiers Check

All rates are subject to Florida State and local sales taxes.

Check-In: Please not earlier than 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time (can be
