Rates vary depending on season, & number of guests.  Call for availability and exact rate. For monthly rate please call.  High season is April through June, & Sept through Dec.  Holiday rates include Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Spring break in March is also in high demand.

A refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation more than 30 days in advance.  30 days prior to reservation date, full balance is due.  No refunds are given within 30 days of reservation.  If full balance is not paid by 30 days in advance of reservation, deposit is forfeited and reservation is cancelled.  If cancellation is made within 30 days of reservation, there is no refund, but dates can be changed to future date if availability exists. Reservations made within 30 days of date requested require nonrefundable 100% advance payment to book reservation.

A personal check can be used if more than 30 days in advance of reservation.  Otherwise credit cards are acceptable and billed via email through paypal. (A paypal account is not necessary, only an email address needed. Credit card use incurs a 3% fee.)
