activities and attractions in Acadia Maine
one mile from downtown Southwest Harbor and in the other direction Seawall/Acadia National Park/Wonderland and Ship Harbor short hikes. Stroll down the path behind my house to the Cranberry Island dock; take a beautiful half-hour boat ride to Great Cranberry Island or Islesford on Little Cranberry Island, where there's much more to do. Take your bikes or sit on the dock and have lunch at the very good Docksider restaurant.
Take 20-minute drive to Bar Harbor -- the big city -- for a first-run movie at Reel Pizza. You'll have two choices of movies and many choices of yummy pizza. Really fun place!
vacation rental rates
Saturday to Saturday, but I can be flexible. $100 cleaning fee. Rates are reduced for September and October.
