Sydneys Sandcastle with Pool and Pier in Pensacola Beach

Sydney's Sandcastle, located in a private, gated community on Pensacola Beach, features a community pool and pool house, with a 160 ft. pier on the Santa Rosa Island Sound. This upscale 3500 sq. ft. home enjoys sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Spacious living room with built-in entertainment center, dining room, kitchen and 5  oversized bedrooms all with high ceilings, 8 ft. doors and recessed lighting.
Our Living room, dining room and kitchen are all open light and bright with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our dining room table seats 10-12, in addition to the bar that seats 3. All together, we can seat 25+ in the open dining room/living room/kitchen!

Amenities include a wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker as well as extensive use of granite and tile. No detail has been overlooked. More than 1500 square feet of decks with spectacular water views which complete this luxury home. Comfortable accommodation for families aswell as corporate functions.

Rental Customer must be 25 years of age or older. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-In time is 3PM. Absolute checkout time is 10AM, so that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO PETS. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additional for rug cleaning/flea spray treatment if any evidence of pet(s) is/are established.

Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed in the home at any time is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on rental contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this number is exceeded.

Housekeeping: Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linens are provided and must not be removed from the unit. There is not an on-site housekeeper. Long Distance calls: There is a long distance block on the phones. You will need a calling card to make your long distance calls from the home. Local calls are free.

Severe Weather: If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Accommodation refunds will be prorated from the time of your departure from the island during the mandatory evacuation.

Deposits A Security Deposit of $500 will be required at the time the reservation is made. This will need to be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order, or cashier's check . This payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or
theft to the unit and all polices and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs.

Rental payment balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by cash, traveler?s check, bank money order or cashier's check.

Refunds If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your deposit will be forfeited.
