It's the Off-Season!

Now through April 2010 is available at only $650/week,
(except Holiday weeks at $750/wk.), or $1700+ utils. for 4 consecutive Sat. to Sat. weeks or $1800/+ utils. for a calendar month. 
Daily off-season rates are $125/night with a
three night minimum, $120/night with a 4 day minimum, (From October
through April only).  A $10/night charge is added for daily rentals bridging a weekend.

All rentals must add the City of San Diego roomtax of 10.5%.
PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY!
May is $750/week. June & September are $850/week. May and
June is $150/nt with a 3 nt. minimum.

June  daily rentals are at $150/nt. with a three day minimum.

SORRY IT SLEEPS ONLY 2! A third person, (a child will fit), would be
an additional $20/day during the off-season and $25/day in-season.
