This is a non-smoking unit that sleeps two.

This is a charming ground floor one-bedroom with a brand new bed, a
brand new down comforter, bed linens and a ceiling fan; a
kitchenette with a granite countertop, fridge, micro, brand new gas
stove, coffemaker, dishes/service for 4, etc.. The living
room is furnished with hardwood floors, a new custom crafted
entertainment center with a 27" flat-screen TV, a couch,
coffee table and a ceiling fan. A large window (4'x5')opens to let
you feel as though the outside and in blend.
The bath is freshly painted and has a brand new ceramic shower! The patio has a table with a sun umbrella and four chairs and a gas grill - all
beautifully surrounded by lush flowers and palms.

Everything you can think of for sports outdoors in the Summer!

world class golf at the PGA course Torrey Pines, to great nightlife
in the downtown Gaslamp District, to all kinds of restaurants, a
branch of the library only a short walk away, jet ski rentals,
kayaking, etc.
A 7 day pass for two to a nice local gym is included!!!

October through April, (off-season), weekdays are $120/nt. and weekends are $125/nt..  Weeks are $650 except for holidays which are $750.  Off-season months are only $1600 plus utilities.  March & April are still available!

June/September nightly rates:  $135+tx for 3 nights/$130+tx for 4 nights and more.  Stays bridging a weekend add $10+tx/night.  June and September weeks are $850.  May weeks are $750.

 July and August are $1000 + tx/week except for the 4th of July week which is $1200+tx.  All high-season rentals are Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

All rentals must add the City of San Diego roomtax of 10.5%.
