The bath is freshly painted and has a brand new ceramic shower! The patio has a table with a sun umbrella and four chairs and a gas grill - all
beautifully surrounded by lush flowers and palms.

kayaking, etc.
A 7 day pass for two to a nice local gym is included!!!

May 19 to June 8th only $1500+tx!!!

October through April, (off-season), weekdays are $120/nt. and weekends are $125/nt..  Weeks are $650 except for holidays which are $750.  Off-season months are only $1700 plus utilities.  (Utilities are typically $50-60, of course, depending on your comsumption).  The monthly rate is further reduced to $1650 plus utilities for 3 month stays from October to April.

June/September nightly rates:  $135+tx for 3 nights/$130+tx for 4 nights and more.  Stays bridging a weekend add $10+tx/night.  June and September weeks are $850.  May weeks are $750.

 July and August are $1000 + tx/week except for the 4th of July week which is $1200+tx.  All high-season rentals are Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

All rentals must add the City of San Diego roomtax of 11.05%.
