This house located in the center of Truckee is situated at the end of the road and has a fishing pond out back. It is a short distance to Cold Stream Canyon which has trails for hiking, mountain biking, X-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Five minutes to Donner Lake for summertime fun.

The house is a great deal for a family compared to the cost of a hotel where you don't have the privacy or comforts of your own home.

The interior of the house has been completely remodeled with all new fixtures and appliances.

There is a 2-car carport and a flat driveway.

The living room has a big flat screen TV with cable channels and Netflix (available to those guests with a Netflix account) to watch movies.
