‘Little Paradise’ is an independent cottage located in a peaceful valley in Assagao, North Goa, between the Arabian Sea at Anjuna beach and the small market town of Mapusa. The architecture of the house is of goan style with mangalore tiled roofing and white washed walls built with laterite, whilst the interiors are contemporary, stylish and completely furnished with all amenities.

The house is set in landscaped tropical gardens with 3 sit out areas for eating and relaxing and spaces for reading, meditation or just sunbathing! The house is quiet and safe.

The house is divided into 2 units. The lower unit consists of a furnished airconditioned room with an attached pantry and small dining area and a spacious toilet. The lower floor opens to the front lawn of the house.

The upper unit consists of a furnished spacious living and dining area and an open kitchen fitted with modern appliances, refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A large airconditioned master bedroom with a queen size bed adjoins the living area. The master bedroom has cable TV facilities, a DVD player and a futon which opens to another queen size bed. The master bathroom is spacious and has a
geyser, an indoor large tub and shower facilities and also an outdoor
shower and bathing area to add to the magic of a perfect relaxing and
romantic setting.

The living area, kitchen area and bedroom open to large sit out balconies where one can have breakfast, barbecue dinners or just entertain.

The cottage is set in landscaped tropical gardens with 3 sit out spaces for eating, reading, meditation or just sunbathing! It is perfectly suited for a small family or couples who are seeking a quiet home away from home and yet minutes away from the colourful markets, white churches, temples, forts and fishing villages; elegant restaurants serving delicious local & world cuisine, popular bars and cafes and stretches of endless silver sands and white surf beaches of North Goa. 

Sleeps 6. One airconditioned master bedroom on upper floor, sleeps 4; Independent airconditioned Bedroom on lower floor sleeps 2. Living area also designed to sleep 2 persons. Airconditioning Bed Linen provided.

Modern bathrooms, western style with geyser. Master bathroom has a tub and outdoor shower area. Bathing Towels provided. Beach Towels not provided. Washing machine.

Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, cooking utensils, wine glasses, crockery, cutlery provided. Refrigerator with small freezer.

Tastefully furnished living area to seat 10 -12 persons, dining table seats 7. Music system, DVD System, Barbeque areas.

3 large private sit out balconies adjoining, living, open kitchen and bedroom. Small front lawn. Back landscaped garden on hill, surrounded by valley forest.

Seperate Domestic help quarters at rear of cottage. Housekeeping provided.

Cycling, hiking, swimming, eco tourism, cultural interests, yoga,
meditation, water therapy, lazing and swimming at sea or just reading, writing, contemplation and sunbathing at home. Flea markets, amazing restaurants, cafes and bars, minutes drive away.

Season (October until April)

Rates quoted are for 2 persons. Additional persons are an extra Rs 500 per person, per night. Please note that this cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

Christmas & New year (December 21- January 4)

• Rs 12000 / night (5 nights minimum)

Rates quoted are for 4 persons. Additional persons are an extra Rs 1,000 per person, per night.
