Vacation Rental Description

‘Little Paradise’ is an independent cottage located in a peaceful 
valley in Assagao, North Goa, between the Arabian Sea at Anjuna beach 
and the small market town of Mapusa. The architecture of the house is 
of goan style with mangalore tiled roofing and white washed walls 
built with laterite, whilst the interiors are contemporary, stylish 
and completely furnished with all amenities.  
 
The house is set in landscaped tropical gardens with 3 sit out areas 
for eating and relaxing and spaces for reading, meditation or just 
sunbathing! The house is quiet and safe. 
 
The house is divided into 2 units. The lower unit consists of a 
furnished room with an attached pantry and small dining area and a 
spacious toilet. The lower floor opens to the front lawn of the house. 
 
The upper unit consists of a furnished spacious living and dining area 
and an  open kitchen fitted with modern appliances, refrigerator with 
freezer, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A large bedroom 
adjoins the living area and has airconditioning, cable TV facilities, 
a DVD player and can fit 2 king size double beds with ease. The 
bedroom has inbuilt cupboards. The bathroom is spacious and has a 
geyser, an indoor large tub and shower facilities and also an outdoor 
shower and bathing area to add to the magic of a perfect relaxing and 
romantic setting. The living area, kitchen area and bedroom open to 
large sit out balconies where one can have breakfast, barbecue dinners 
or just entertain. 
 
‘Little Paradise’ is a 10 minutes drive from the stretches of endless 
silver sand and white surf beaches wetted by the rush of the 'azure' 
Arabian sea. White churches and temples rest against plush green paddy 
fields and coconut trees.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedrooms: 1 large (designed for 2 double beds); one small (designed 
for 1 double bed). Linen provided. Modern bathroom, western style. 
Upper floor bathroom has, geyser, tub facility and outdoor shower 
facility. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all, cooking utensils, 
wine glasses, crockery, cutlery. Refrigerator with freezer facility. 
Tastefully furnished living and dining area with music system. 
Bedroomoom has cable TV, airconditioning. 3 large private sit out 
balconies adjoining, living, open kitchen and bedroom. Front lawn with 
lower level. Back landscaped garden on hill, surrounded by valley 
forest. Domestic help quarters. Domestic help provided for 
housekeeping and breakfast.

Activities and Attractions

Cycling, hiking, swimming, eco tourism, cultural interests, yoga, 
meditation, lazing and swimming at sea or just reading, writing, 
contemplation and sunbathing at home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Cost of renting the Upper floor unit which is the main house 
consisting of a large room, a dining, kitchenette and living spaces. 
Balconies attached with every room. One large toilet including an 
outdoor shower area. Cable TV and Geyser included. Airconditioning not 
included. Housekeeping facilities: cleaning of house once a day. 
 
Oct 1 – Nov 30 (100% advance payable. Cancellation within one week of 
staying incurs 25% loss on advance) 
$100 (for single occupancy).  
$130 (for double occupancy).  
2-3 Children between 5 and 12 years $10 per child). Children below 5 
years free. 
1-2 extra adults can be accomodated in the Upper floor $20 each 
 
Dec 1 – Dec 29 (100% advance payable. Cancellation within one week of 
staying incurs 50% loss on advance) 
$120 (for single occupancy only).  
$150 (for double occupancy only).

Cost of renting the Lower floor unit which consists of a small room, a 
pantry area with cooking facility, and a toilet. Open to the front lawn.  
Facilities on upper floor not applicable unless part of same group. 
Housekeeping facilities: cleaning of unit once a day. Any damage/loss 
to the property/belongings of the house will incur expenses.
