Kitchen has all the appliances and plenty of cookware to cook a storm. garage is spacious and tidy, a remote garage opener is provided.  Large back yard with gorgeous pool with deep end and diving board, Jacuzzi, seating areas, gas BBQ under lanai. This is a quiet neighborhood that is 2 minutes from 2 freeways that puts you in the Strip in 20 minutes or less.

House is located in Summerlin area, very quiet and safe, next to a private park and minutes from 2 main Freeways, yet very close to Red Rock Hotel and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, plus only minutes of the Fabulous Strip. Neighborhood restaurants and shopping is excellent, some restaurants open until 11PM during the week.
