Vacation Rental Description

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath mountain home has it all!  Spectacular in
spring; awesome in autumn!  Very private (on three sides).  Even a
screened porch with a tin roof and a lovely deck with great mountain
views. This home is located in a gated golf community in North Georgia
Mountains with three lakes and many amenities. Wildlife abounds!  Deer
and wild turkeys visit daily. Many beautiful hiking and "jeep" trails.
Good fishing!

Furnishings are comfortable. Pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and
blankets; 400 count sheets on 1 king, 2 queens & a futon.  Soft,
stuffed living room furniture provides four reclining seats, as well
as two separate rocker recliners.

There is a big screen TV with Direct TV and TIVO includes full sports
and movie package. There is an additional TV upstairs in master
bedroom.  There are books, games and high-speed internet for those
non-TV moments.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with mixer, blender, food processor,
and other small appliances provided. There are ceiling fans throughout.

This is a NON SMOKING home.

Pets (small dogs) accepted with additional cleaning fee.

There are restaurants, a conference center, recreation center, country
store, and a chapel on site.

Prime Season: Apr 1-Nov 30  $850/week  1 WEEK MINIMUM - last minute 3
nights okay $125/night for additional nights
Off Season: Dec 1-March 31  $650/week   3 NIGHT MINIMUM
$100/night($300) except holidays when prime rates ($850/week) apply
and 1 week min.
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day 

Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee
Cleaning Fee:  $90  Pet Fee:  $50/pet (max. 2 small dogs only - no cats)

CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED ONLY IF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO 1st DAY OF RENTAL
PERIOD.
