traveler reviews for this toronto condo rental

Fantasrtic location with many things to do!!

Review submitted: October 16, 2013   Date of arrival: September 10, 2013

We thoroughly enjoyed this charming one-bedroom apartment in mid-town Toronto. The apartment offers beautiful panaramic views of the city and is nestled neatly within an attractive neighborhood. Very convenient to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The downtown area is just minutes away and Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake are easily within driving distance to the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, great location!

Review submitted: May 25, 2013   Date of arrival: May 17, 2013

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this rental apartment for 9 days. We both truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was well maintained, very clean and tidy and kitchen well equipped. A real homely feeling. The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is well located it is just a few minutes from Eglinton station (sub way) which will bring you downtown in no time. Basically the description of the apartment and location is spot on. Carol was very helpful with any questions I had regarding my stay, she was only an e mail away and would respond very quick to my queries.
I would just like to say thank you Carol for everything we truly enjoyed are stay here, hope to revisit soon in the near future.

A wonderful stay - truly marvelous apartment

Review submitted: May 12, 2013   Date of arrival: April 15, 2013

I'm an academic who needed a place to stay in Toronto for nearly a month, as I attended conferences and conducted research at the University of Toronto. This apartment was perfect for my needs. As previous reviewers have noted, the apartment is clean, well-located, and offers a truly spectacular view of downtown Toronto. The workout room has lots of equipment, including weights, and it offers the same wonderful view - a true benefit if you're putting miles on the treadmill.

Within walking distance are so many great restaurants and shops, including many that are included in "best of lists," especially Il Gelatiere Artgianale. There's also a choice of grocery stores and convenient access downtown on the nearby subway (walk to and from via Eglinton, unless you want a bit of an uphill work on the way home via Souldan.

I felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and the building. The security is excellent, and you will really appreciate the lovely shower/bath, great balcony, multiple TV channels, washer/dryer, and well-equipt kitchen. This visit was made so special by staying here -- every night, I would come home and feel a great sense of comfort at having such a great view and such a relaxing place to unwind.

I am super picky when it comes to accommodations, so when I say that this place is great, trust me - it will make your vacation or business trip so enjoyable. Only one note: the bathtub is a proper bathtub, which I love, but it might be a bit of a challenge for any older person who is used to a walk-in shower. Otherwise, the entire condo is very accessible.
