comfortable living room with sliding doors to patio, flat screen TV 
and dvd player, two beautiful bedrooms, elegant dining room set, 
fully equipped new kitchen, washer and dryer, sheets, towels and 
kitchen utensils.  The unit is also conveniently located a short 
distance from assigned covered parking.  No smoking and No pets.

The Clubhouse is located a short walk away and it is absolutely 
fabulous.  It is paradise!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Clubhouse has a fully equipped gym, indoor basketball court, 
billard room, bar with TV, fireplace and comfortable sitting areas.  
The Clubhouse also has a media center with computers with high speed 
internet access, wireless internet and a fax machine.  Outside the 
Clubhouse there is a stunning pool overlooking the intracoastal, spa, 
lounge chairs, a BBQ area and a nature walking path along the 
intracoastal.  Located on the premises is a tennis court and the 
complex is only 1 to 2 miles away from the beach.  

Activities and Attractions

The complex provides swimming, exercising, basketball, tennis, 
billards and just pure rest and relaxation in an elegant 
Mediterranean Resort style ambiance.

Boynton Beach is conveniently located near West Palm Beach, Delray 
Beach and Boca Raton for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fully furnished rental, NO pets, NO smoking.  Rates are as follows:

Off Season: Jul. - Nov. $1,850 per month
Seasonal: Dec. - Jan. $2,600 per month
Seasonal: Feb. - Apr. $2,900 per month
Off Season: May - Jun. $1,900 per month

Monthly rates include cable, water, electric and local phone.
