This loftstyle condominium is centrally located, north of the
University of Texas in
the Hyde Park area and ten
minutes to downtown Austin. Let the fun begin! You will be staying at
a private gated residence
which provides off street parking by remote entry. This is a three
story loft style building with
shops and restaurants on the first floor. We are on the second floor.
An elevator is provided for
your convenience. Outside features a commons patio with funky loungers
and handsomly potted trees and
palmettos for social gatherings and to have a smoke.
This is a new loft with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows in the
main room with a
french balcony. All floors are polished concrete. There are ceiling
fans in both rooms. Bath and
kitchen countertops are granite. There is a garden tub/shower
combination in the bathroom. A walk in
closet in the spacious bedroom. All kitchen appliances are stainless
steel and top of the line. The
washer and dryer are conveniently located within the residence. No
clutter here-just clean and
simple.
Furnishings consist of leather couches and recliner, distressed hand
painted furniture, rough hewn
pine table, Kharma oriental rug and original art work. Bedroom
comforter is soft microsuede. TV,DVD
player and cable are provided. The kichen has gadgets, pots and pans,
dishes, etc. Coffe pot and
toaster,too. But why cook? Some of the best Texas restaurants and
hangouts are waiting to be enjoyed.
However you will find most everything you need for good home cooking.

Definitely worth your money!
We provide starter suds, toilet paper, dish detergent,laundry
detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels
and a few cleaning supplies. Also fluffy towels, extra bedding.
No phone, please bring your cell.
You will find several restaurants within walking distance. Greek,
Italian, Tai, Mexican(of course),
Japanese, Chinese, Indian and even Australian! The Wheatsville Coop
grocery store is right across the
street and is open from 8-11. They also have an organic, vegetarian
deli for take outs. In the
immediate vicinity you will find a drugstore, hair and nail salon, dry
cleaners, liquor store, video
store and a great Pilates studio. Clothing stores and ice cream
parlor just up the street and great
bars just south. The Central Market and many fun boutiques are 4
blocks north with a super walking
track, Central Park that winds through a lovely eco system. Yes there
is a Starbucks on the corner!
There is undoubtedly
something for everyone and new things to try. I suggest going on line
for the scoop. I really
couldn't do the town and surround justice with all it has to offer.
We have a bus pick up at the corner and a taxi can always be had. I

$375.00 per weekend
$700.00 per week
$1,650.00 per month
South by Southwest and Austin City Limit venues rates are 250.00 per
night/three night minimum.
$100.00 per visit cleaning fee.
Utility cap 200.00 (monthly)
One nights rent is required to hold your reservation. $350.00 to hold
a month or more reservation.
Full payment is due no later than one week before arrival. If you
cancel within 14 days of arrival
your one night deposit or monthly deposit is non refundable.
We accept PayPal(3% fee) and cashiers checks.
$250.00 damage deposit.
