Downstairs in 2 family: Queen bed in one bedroom, twin over full size bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in living room. Upstairs in 2 family: Queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin in 2nd bedroom and full size sofa sleeper. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, cable tv (tvs in bedrooms also), internet access, outside patio with BBQ, table/chairs, 2 beach tags, and rinse-off shower.
