where can be found fun for the entire family. Enjoy surfing,
swimming, fishing, Venice�s famous street performers, roller blading,
bicycling, and Muscle Beach, as well as fantastic shopping and dining.
Can�t find what you�re looking for? Take a quick shuttle to the
Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade, and explore the high
end shopping and dining that Santa Monica has to offer. If you just
want to take it easy you can always kick back at one of the many
outdoor cafes and take in the local Venice scene, or head down to the
white sandy beaches to work on your on your tan as the palm trees sway
to the beat of a drum in the gentle sea breeze.

Don't Forget! If you take ALL available dates in between
reservations, (check the calendar), we will prorate your reservation
at the Weekly Rate!!! This is a substantial savings in addition to
our already reasonable rates.
PLEASE NOTE:
The listed price of $150/night, $675/week is applicable for reservations before April 1st 2009. Spring/Summer/holiday rates are listed below.
April 1st – June 14th: $175/night + tax, $725/week + tax.
Summer and holiday rates: $225/night + tax, $1150/week + tax
Parking available for $70.00/ wk. or $15.00/night (unlimited in and out).
Check in 3:00 p.m., Checkout 11:00 a.m. (You may request early check
in or late check out, and we will be happy to oblige if there is not
another guest coming in that same day.)
*** Summer rates run from June 15th - Labor Day weekend
There is a FOUR night minimum stay over Thanksgiving
No check-ins or check-outs on January 1st
