The Malibu Beach house was completely remodeled in 2007. Master Bedroom has incredible head on beach views, a large queen size luxurious bed, brand new heated tile flooring, and French doors. Master bathroom shower overlooks the ocean. 

Guest Room has large queen size bed, built in bookshelves, private teak wood porch, and beach access. Guest bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub.
