Third floor unit is immaculate, with fresh paint, new carpet and drapes.  Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with full bath in hallway, glassed in shower in master, brilliant view of pool and ocean from living room/balcony.  Clean and comfortable balcony furniture, cable TV/DVD player combo in the master and living room along with free wireless computer access. 

A Coin laundry and free ice machine are available on the first floor.  Sorry there is no smoking in the unit, and there is a $250 security deposit required to hold dates.  Payment for the unit is due 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds can be given within the 30 days of the reserve period unless the owner can rebook the unit.

Two bedrooms, two full baths, king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom with a futon for additional sleeping accommodations.  All kitchen appliances, utensils, place settings, linens and towels are supplied.

This condo is beachfront, with a beautiful view of the very large pool and ocean.

Go swimming in the pool or ocean, go fishing in the ocean or along the nearby intercostal waterway, go surfing, go boating, or just go out on an un-crowded white sandy beach and soak up the sun.  All of these activities are waiting for you when you step outside of your condominium at Shore Villas.  If sight seeing and/or adventure are on the agenda we have Nascar at the Daytona Speedyway, mantees at the Canaveral Sea Shore Park  and the space program at the Kennedy Space Center which are all within a half hour trip.  If visiting the attractions would be more to your liking Disney World/Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Sea World, and all that central Florida has to offer is only a one hour drive away.
