Vacation Rental Description

Continental Golf Course in the heart of Scottsdale. This is a ground 
level 1 bedroom 1 bath with all of the luxuries! New cabinets, 
carpet, tile, granite countertops, & crown moldings. This home 
features unobstructed views of the golf course and Camelback 
Mountain, enjoy amazing desert sunsets from the large 200 sq. ft. 
patio furnished with a conversation patio set. Plus an additional 
large patio located off of the kitchen which is set up with a new 
stainless BBQ. The full kitchen is set up with all the utensils, 
pots, pans, & everything needed for an extended stay. Beautiful 
dining area with seating for 4. The open living room features a 32" 
plasma HDMI television plus an HDMI DVD player and full cable. The 
bathroom is also fully remodeled, features plenty of towels, and 
also a washer & dryer. The bedroom is equipped with a brand new 
Queen bedroom set and has plenty of clothes storage plus it also has 
a 27" flat screen HD television. This comfortable condo is set up 
with beautiful brand new furniture and accessories to make sure that 
you enjoy your stay and can relax in luxury. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Condo is located in Sunscape Villas. This complex features two 
beautiful pools and spas with outdoor BBQ's and fire pits. 
Clubhouse, huge fitness center with new equipment, yoga room, and 
private movie theatre that is available to reserve to watch your own 
movies on. There is also a concierge service available for all your 
needs, whether you want tickets to a concert or ball game, or just 
your dry cleaning done, you can contact the concierge to help. 
Another added bonus is that every Friday night there is free limo 
service that will pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go 
for the evening then pick you up and bring you back to the condo. 
After choosing this condo for your place to stay while visiting 
Scottsdale you'll be coming back year after year for the same great 
experience

Activities and Attractions

Sunscape Villas is located in the heart of old town Scottsdale and 
just minutes from it all...  1st class shopping at Fifth Avenue 
shops, and the prestigious Fashion Square Mall. Enjoy fine dining at 
many restaurants. Plus there is plenty more near by like night 
clubs, spas, art galleries, & more. 
This condo is walking distance to Scottsdale stadium which is home 
to the San Francisco Giants for spring training during the month of 
March. Also, just a short drive to Peoria for the Seattle Mariners 
and San Diego Padres spring training. 
Scottsdale is also home to nearly 200 area golf courses and many 
which are world class PGA courses and golf resorts. The FBR Open is 
a PGA Golf tournament at the TPC Scottsdale and is located just a 
short drive away.
Sunscape Villas is also located right on the Scottsdale Green Belt 
which is a paved 12 mile trail great to bike. jog, roller blade, or 
walk.
