one with jet tub. Plus one bedroom, and 1/2 Bathrooms.  
All Furnishings included.TV's in every bdm. and 48 in. in L.R. and  
Fam. room. Surround sound in the bottom floor and speakers on patio  
andyard with tv, pool and spa.  Pool table,  ping pong and air  
hockey.  Home  at South Shores community  association in Summerlin. 
Over 3200 square feet inside the home and large patio with tv. and  
built in barbeque.  
Misters for  warm days, Beautiful Landscaping, waterfalls,   
lagoon pool, total privacy.Pool not heated in colder weather.   
Spa which holds 8 people comfortably is heated all year... inquire  
about this.  ex. charge to heat pool in winter.
