Vacation Rental Description

Relax in your 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bath Vail mountain retreat in a 
lovely cul-de-sac along Gore Creek. The main floor master bedroom with 
queen bed has a private bath and walk-in closet. The other bedroom is 
perfect for kids or a small family with a full bed and twin bunk, a 
walk-in closet, and an adjacent bathroom. There is also a comfortable 
queen sleeper couch in the upstairs loft area and a queen sleeper 
couch and/or a full sleeper couch in the living room.  
 
The large kitchen features granite countertops with lots  
of space for cooking family meals. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and  
play games, watch movies, and sip hot chocolate.  
 
Listen to Gore Creek as it rushes along the large backyard, or get  
more active and hike and bike on Vail mountain or along the community  
bike and walking path. The free town of Vail bus picks you up just a  
few yards away to transport you to skiing and town activities within  
minutes. 
 
The new Donovan Park beckons from across the street. It has a  
large children's playground, athletic fields, basketball courts, and 
picnic facilities. Within a five minute bus or car ride, you'll find  
the Aria Spa and Athletic Club in the Vail Cascade Resort, full 
service grocery stores, and dining options that range from awesome 
pizza to the finest gourmet experience!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our lovely home includes phone, cable TV, high-speed Internet, a 
VCR/DVD player, 3 TVs (including one large-screen), a gas fireplace, 
and a CD player. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you 
need to prepare satisfying meals (except the food), including a 
dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and other cooking appliances. 
There's a washer/dryer and an outdoor gas barbeque grill. 
 
Relax and listen to the smoothing sounds of Gore Creek on the big 
outdoor deck. 
 
Your stay may include discounted rates to use the beautiful Aria 
athletic club, only five minutes from the house!

$200-300/night: late September - mid November, late April - late 
June 
$350-400/night: Thanksgiving - mid December, late June - late September 
$400-475/night: most of January 
$500-650/night: February and March 
$600-800/night: last week of December and first week of January 
 
5 night minimum stay. 
Weekly rates available. 
Deposit required.
