Spacious, newer home in wooded setting with private beach in South Haven

Relax and unwind the minute you enter our spacious and lovely home stocked with every amenity you might need to enjoy your holiday.  Parkway Retreat is located in a restful, wooded setting with a private association beach.  Stroll to the wide, sandy beach that goes for miles.  Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or build a bonfire (both not allowed on town beaches).  Lounge on the front porch, upper deck or back patio and enjoy views of the professionally landscaped yard and surrounding forest with deer, foxes, and wild turkeys.  Parkway Retreat sits on four lots, so there is plenty of room for a game of badminton, horseshoes or bean bag toss (provided).  You can also walk to South Haven Golf Course.  

Parkway Retreat has plenty of room for two families.  There are 4 bedrooms - two with queen beds and two with two twin beds each.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the upstairs lounge.  There are 2 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor, heated shower to wash off from the beach.  Adults and kids can enjoy some "alone" time with two separate sitting/TV areas. The downstairs has open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.  The dining table seats 8 with another 4 chairs at the kitchen peninsula.  The home has central air conditioning.

Parkway Retreat is located off of Blue Star Highway between South Haven and Saugatuck-Douglas.  Our location allows you to enjoy all of the local activities, with the option to escape the summertime crowds when you're ready to relax.

We are happy to provide suggestions on activities and restaurants suited to your interests and tastes.  A local concierge service is also available to address any service needs with the home or provide babysitters (extra charge).  We love our home and the area and we're sure you will too!

Sorry, but our home is not available for one-night rentals, renters under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a parent, large parties or events, or weekend-only rentals during summer.

We have had the opportunity to enjoy most of the activities and restaurants in the surrounding area.  We are happy to consult with you and provide suggestions suited to your interests and tastes.  Our concierge service can also provide great babysitters (extra charge) for an "adult night out."

50% deposit is due upon reservation.  The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival (or upon reservation if within 45 days of arrival) along with a $500 security deposit and $175 cleaning fee. Check-in time is 3:00 pm EST Friday and check-out is 10:00 am EST the following Friday.
