Enjoy this private home on an acre 500' from St.Lucie River .The views are beautiful right from the house with the peaceful water and quietude. An updated old style Florida home in a safe  quiet area with serenity with only 15 homes on it leads to the water, Location is ideal as everything is within 5 miles and only 45 min to West Palm Airport.3m. to US1 Stuart,FL and all shopping and 3 miles to beautiful Atlantic beaches, Sit on the front porch and take in the breathtaking sunsets and water views from in and outside the house. There are 2 showers-1 outside with hot and cold water for easy showers after enjoying the nearby beaches. The back linai is comfortable enough to sleep in with the natural sounds of the birds and a constant breeze from the water.There is a separate laundry room too. Everything is there- simply bring your bathing suit, This has full amenities and when staying for a month comes with weekly cleaning. The fishing is excellent and is 3 miles to Stuart "the Sailfish Capital of the World". Plenty of beautiful golf courses nearby and excellent cuisine, Every Thursday is Jammin at Jensen with free live entertainment and fun! Only 5 cars pass this house so it is in a very peaceful setting yet close to everything.

Cable flat screen TV, HI WI internet, DVD/cd/tape player, full kitchen,fully furnished with comfortable nice furniture, Bedding, linens, towels, all are there.Full size bedroom with desk and  bureau and closet.new bathroom with pedestal sink and bathtub and shower.The leather couch is large enough to sleep one more or can enjoy sleeping in the linai.This is set up as a retreat atmosphere -truly relaxing. Iif you drive 5 min. you are at many hot spots of entertainment-dancing , fresh farmers market and more.

Linai  has a comfortable couch and loveseat that can be used toenjoywith views of  a full acre of singing birds and palms. We own the lot next to us facing the water so you have space for peace and tranquility. Neighbors are nice and we look out for each other.

Jensen Beach has many activities that are posted in the Home Town Newspaper, Theatre in Stuart and closeby attractions Pro Baseball in Port St.Lucie and sailing galore. If you like to get out with excellent entertainment that is on or near the  water - Jensen is the hot spot. You can boogie at several different places Wed thru Sunday 2pm on to midnight.There is a Swing Club/teaching classes just 2 miles from the house -Thur-Sun that really is nice.There are many beautiful parks nearby such as Langeford Park which has bands,arts, events and other free attractions.Every Thursday 7-11pm Jammin at Jensen is a great evening out where live music and beautiful local arts are displayed. The beaches are so private yet in Martin county we have privilage to walk miles of untouched shoreline. Because it is a preserve for the Sea Turtles. You can see dolphins and manatees in the Indian River and in the Atlantic Ocean. The bridges to Hutchinson Island offer fishing areas and picnic areas and clean restrooms.  Jensen Beach is just a very beautiful place to swim,walk,windsail, surf see beauy and water everywhere.

The rates are based on several factors.  Number of people, length of stay, season. best to call and confirm your particular needs.Jensen Beach has beautiful beaches and weather all year and the temperature of the ocean is perfect all summer too.Years ago Bob Hope and Francis Langford made laws that give this area reserved land for the manatees, sea turtles and it is one of the few areas that has so many miles of no high risers- just pure beautiful beaches with lots of shells and tranquility.
