ACCOMMODATION: The master bedroom has a  king size bed, flat screen cable TV, ample wardrobe and drawer space and  a private Jacuzzi for two.   The separate living area has two queen sofa beds which can sleep up to 4 .  There is a large fully equipped modern kitchen with ice maker refrigerator and dishwasher, lots of bench and cupboard space, quality flatware, glassware, crockery, utensils, cookware and appliances.  A separate cupboard houses the washing machine and dryer.  There is a 6-8 person dining area and the lounge area has a gas fire, flat screen cable TV,  bar,  large wardrobe, sound system with DVD and IPod dock and a furnished private balcony.  The  bathroom has two washbasins, steamer  shower and separate  toilet.  The condo has central heating, telephones, free wi-fi and is  serviced daily.

Free guest amenities:  ski valet and locker room service with ski storage, boot drying, personal ski  lockers and guest changing areas.  (The ski valet takes your skis to the gondola and brings them back when you’re done). Three indoor and outdoor heated pools with  large outdoor jacuzzis, gymnasium, daytime activities centre for children, games room.  Free shuttle to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts, Park City and nearby major shopping centres and other local attractions. Free undercover guest car park, with porter service.  (Leave your car: take the shuttle to the last days of Sundance)

Nearby attractions: Sundance Film festival in Park City 17 to 27 January.  Catch the free shuttle to town and get caught up in the closing stages of USA's largest independent film festival.

Ski and board at Canyons, one of the USA's top 10 ski resorts right on your doorstep.  Take the free shuttle to Deer Valley (skiers only) and Park City.  It's only a 20-30 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton and a bit further to Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Wolf Creek and Wolf Mountain.

Olympic Park, scene of part of the 2002 Winter Olympics is just down the road and for something completely different, drive to Heber and take a ride on the restored steam train, the Heber Creeper, the model for the Tom Hanks film, Polar Star

If its shopping you want, try the Main Street Park City boutiques, Tanger Outlet Mall and Kimball Junction.

For wining and dining it’s hard to beat Park City township, Deer Valley ski resort, lunch at the Lookout Cabin way up in the Canyons ski area is a must and après ski at the Canyons base area is great way to end a hard day. 

Payment in full to owner's US bank account is required to secure reservation.  There are no extra charges or accommodation costs except for guests' own expenses EG ordered-in meals and drinks and telephone calls.  Guests will need to provide credit card details when checking in. If guests incur any room charges, those costs will be charged to the credit card when checking out.  Any damages beyond normal wear and tear caused to the condo or its equipment will be charged to the guests credit card.
