This 4-bedroom 2-bath charmer sits on a forested hillside perched above Kings Beach. Drive right into the 1-car garage and climb the stairs to your lakeview deck. As you enter the living room you will see end-to-end windows across the living room, dining area, and kitchen facing the lake. A french door leads from the living room to the wraparound deck with charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, the master bedroom and the two-twin bedroom have large windows facing the lake.
