Vacation Rental Description

The Condo:  This spacious, open-air condo is located at Paniolo Hale, the premier condo 
complex on Molokai.  The architecture is plantation-style, with two white french doors 
spanning the length of the main floor.  It is two-story, with one bedroom on the upper 
floor, and a full bathroom on each floor.   The ceilings are high on each level, equipped 
with ceiling fans.  The condo sleeps 4 and is smoke-free.  Enjoy a hammock on the shady 
screened-in porch underneath a canopy of large trees.  West Molokai is the drier, sunny 
side of the island, and the grounds have been beautifully landscaped with lush, tropical 
plants.  Kepuhi Beach borders the complex.   

Molokai:  Molokai is only 20 minutes by air from Hawaii's most populous islands, - Oahu 
and Maui, and yet has a totally unique, different feel.  It has been described as "The island 
in Hawaii the world has left behind."  It is truly a quiet, peaceful, beautiful, 
noncommercialized place. The people are friendly, and you get the sense that you have 
experienced "the real Hawaii."  It is the perfect place to vacation if you really want to get 
away from it all.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, screened lanai (porch) with hammock, phone, cable TV, VCR 
& DVD player, stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, oven, range, dishwasher, 
refrigerator, coffee maker, rice maker, linens provided - including beach towels, washer & 
dryer, pool (shared), charcoal grill (BBQ) (shared), beach chairs, ice chest, and some videos, 
games and books.  

We have tried to think of everything to make our place as comfortable and equipped as 
possible, so let us know if we are missing anything!

Activities and Attractions

Swim on your own secluded beach, surf at the condo's beach (Kepuhi), scuba dive, fish, kayak, take a 
walk along Papohaku Beach - Hawaii's longest sand Beach, windsurf, sail, bike ride, watch the sunset, 
snorkel at Murphy's Beach, go for a leisurely drive, hike up Halawa Valley Falls-Hawaii's highest 
waterfall, ride on a mule down the sea cliffs at Kalaupapa, take a tour of the macadamia nut or 
plumeria farms, visit the friendly town of Kaunakakai, sip a cup of coffee locally grown at the 
Moloka'i Coffee Plantation, eat Hawaiian fare at The Kualapu'u Cook House and other local restaurants, 
visit the rain forest of Kamakou Preserve, fly over or take a boat ride to view the world's highest sea 
cliffs, take the ferry to Maui, read a book in the hammock, listen to the colorful birds, relax!

High Season:  Nov 1 - Apr 14  $105/night
Low Season:   Apr 15 - Oct 31  $95/night
Plus $80 cleaning fee and 11.42% Hawaii Tax
7th night free!

50% required upfront to reserve condo (remainder due one month prior to arrival)
Full refund given less a $50 processing fee if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival
