Beachfront! beachfront! beachfront!  Spacious 3 bedroom and 3 full bath Ocean Villa at the luxurious 500-acre Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort (former Westin Hotel).  This villa is a little under 2,000 square feet in size and features a spacious living/dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and granite countertops.  The villa also has 3 large bedrooms (two of them with a king bed and the third bedroom with 2 full-size beds) plus 3 full bathrooms and a full size sofa bed in the living room.  It also has a large plasma screen tv in the living room with DVD player, is fully air conditioned and offers free wi-fi and parking.  This villa is located directly on the beach and is also the closest to the main hotel building where you will find several restaurants, bars, casino, spa, etc.  In addition, the resort features a 2 mile-long beach, 4 pools, two 18-hole championship golf courses, 13 tennis courts, along with every other activity you can think of in a resort of this size!

This gorgeous villa offers all the comforts of home, while having a world class resort as its backyard.  The villa offers free wifi, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all major apliances including dishwasher, fully air condition, cable tv in living room and every bedroom.  The building where it is located has 3 beachfront pools with lounge chair and umbrellas, as well as a hot tub (all beachfront).  The building is within the grounds of the 500-acre security gated community of Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort which offers a 2 mile long beach (right at our villa) also two 18-hole championship golf courses, 13 har-tru tennis courts, different restaurants, bars, casino, spa, water sports, etc.

Winter/Spring 2012 (Jan. 5th to April 14th): $1,150 per night / Pay 5 nights and get 2 nights free! ($5,750 for 7 nights!!!)

Summer 2012 (April 14th to Aug. 31st): $750 per night/ Pay 5 nights and get 2 nights free! ($3,750 for 7 nights!!!)

Low Season (Sept. 1st to Dec. 20th*): $750 per night/ Pay 4 nights and get 3 nights free! ($2,995 for 7 nights!!!)

December Holidays (Dec. 20th to Jan. 5th): $1,800 per night/ 7 night minimum stay required. (no free nights during Holidays)

Taxes and fees total 12% additional

*Thanksgiving week will be charge at rate equal to "Summer".
