NO lofts. We also offer private reserved parking, as opposed to
parking on the street, which is a challenge being so close to the
beach. Finally, we are not located on a commercial thorough fare,
next to the Highway or railroad tracks. We are in an a very upscale
residential enclave in the West Beach Area of Santa Barbara. Also,
completely remodeled with the highest quality of construction and
amenities and are extremely clean.)
