Fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, Conch'd Out offers breath-taking vistas of the ocean and beach from virtually every room. Pickled cedar ceilings and tropical fans compliment the comfortable furnishings for a true "island feel". Enjoy a refreshment and catch the island breezes at the Palapa on Felicity Point, or entertain yourself with stereo music, the free Wi-Fi internet connection, the large flat-screen satellite TV with massive movie library or a engrossing book from our library.

The house is fully air-conditioned, and features beautiful Italian tile floors, washer and dryer, and RO drinking water system.

Conch'd Out is sited on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with extraordinary snorkeling reefs right off the beach. Enjoy kayaking with our two open cockpit sea kayaks. Or take a relaxing beach walk, where you can stroll for hours, seldom encountering anyone else.

Further afield are wonderful and exciting activities...deep sea fishing, exploring sites such as the "bottomless" Ocean Hole, the famous Glass Window Bridge or Preachers Cave. You can be as adventurous as you like, or relax in the cloistered comfort of Conch'd Out...but where ever you go you will encounter the warmth and friendliness of our local Bahamian friends!

Paradise Found

This was the most wonderful vacation we have had in over 9 years of traveling to different Caribbean islands. The house was exceptional. Everything you could every want. The view was fantastic and the weather beautiful. The beach is a real plus. We walked every morning and only saw a handful of people on any one day. Nice and quiet and restful. The caretakers were the best and most accomodating people I have ever met. The locals were all very friendly and easy to talk to.

Fantastic House for our Party of 6 (3 Couples)

We had a fabulous stay on Eleuthera, especially due to our stay at the Conc'd Out house. It provided great space for the 6 of us ( 3 couples). The couple celebrating their 20th anniversary - had the cottage, and the 2 other couples were very happy with the other 2 bedrooms. The main room was spacious and the kitchen was great for our cooking. We were very welcomed by Rita- who gave us great island information. We were also greeted by andrew, the grounds and house manager and we rented his car. Andrew was very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. The location of the house - on the bluff overlooking beaches is really spectacular. The beaches are easily accessed and you can have great swims and snorkeling right from the house. The location is so great that 2 of us elected just to stay at the house on several occasions - while others toured the island - and we walked the beaches, relaxed in the hammock and did what you do on vacation - relax and read. The Conc'd Out House is a great value and Eleuthera has some great restaurants and wonderful friendly local people.

Absolutely best vacation spot!

We have been to Eleuthera several times in the past but this is by far our favorite location and house in which to stay. It has all the comforts of home and plenty of privacy and space for our family of eight. We decided we wanted to return to Eleuthera for our 40th anniversary along with our now adult children and grandchildren. Conch'd Out with its beautiful beach and views exceeded all expectations. Everyone agreed that it was the most peaceful and relaxing getaway. The caretakers, Reta and andrew, were helpful in every way. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained. Fresh flowers from the beautifully manicured gardens were on the dining room table when we arrived! The van we rented from them was perfect for our grocery store, restaurant and sightseeing ventures. Our family loves meal preparation so we cooked the majority of meals in the well stocked kitchen. The outside showers really helped with snorkel equipment clean up and sand removal. The house is perfectly situated to take in the spectacular sunsets each day. And so it was that at the end of each day we found ourselves either reclining in an outside patio chair, tasting wine and cheese while listening to music underneath the thatched roof palapa, relaxing in the hammock or simply enjoying the private beach below the house so as to capture its beauty. We all agreed that each day was the perfect ending to a perfect day. Will definitely return to this little slice of paradise!
