This third floor two bedroom, two bathroom, property resides on the cusp of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills at one of the most popular intersections of Picco and the famous Robertson. You can relax on the balcony off which stretches across the living area and spare bedroom or in the quite of the Master bedroom which is set up almost as an apartment within itself. You will not be hurting for space in this apartment as there is enough room to have a family dinner or a quite gathering with friends. It will be wonderful for you to come home to your 20 ft ceilings and stainless steal appliances.

The living space has a nice circular flow, perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is the dining room which has a large wooden dining table with upholstered dining chairs. The spacious living room includes two ultra suede sofas that double as twin beds, as well as a fireplace, large flatscreen television and double glass sliding doors that lead to the balcony. Cheery bright wall colors and modern art are throughout the apartment.

This apartment is a block away from Pico Boulevard, putting several popular delicatessens, coffee shops, asian food cafes, Starbucks and Walgreens within easy walking distance. World famous shopping and restaurants in Beverly Hills lie just a couple blocks north, as well as Roxbury Park, which has lighted tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground and walking paths. A short drive west on Pico Boulevard takes you to Rancho Park Public Golf Course, which has hosted numerous LA Open, PGA Senior and LPGA tour events, and the Westside Pavilion Mall with state of the art Landmark Multiplex theaters. Olympic Boulevard is a block away and provides easy access west to the beach city of Santa Monica and to The Staples Center/Nokia Live entertainment complex downtown, without having to travel the freeways.

This beautiful rental is ablock from Beverly Hills proper, this Beverly Hills adjacent two bedroom, two bath apartment sleeps up to seven people in spacious, colorful, contemporary style. Enter through the gated underground parking garage or the front security gated foyer. This apartment faces west, with tree top views. Lots of windows and two double sliding glass doors in the living room and the front bedroom, provide lots of natural light. This is an ideal apartment for large groups or families with children. One bedroom is en suite with it's own bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and a twin day bed, a large flatscreen television, desk and chair, and a bean bag chair. The bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a separate glass doored shower. There is lots of storage space with a huge walk-in closet and a second smaller walk-in closet, as well as built in linen cabinets. The front bedroom has access to the front balcony, a king bed, flat screen television and walk in closet. Just outside the front bedroom is the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer.

  • Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
  • Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
  • Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
  • **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
  • There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


  • 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


  • This unit accommodates 7 people. Additional fee applied after 4th person.
  • Rates do not include 14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax for stays shorter than 30 nights.
  • One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
  • Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.

Good location, not impressed with the cleanliness.

Good location if you have a car. The kids appreciated the freedom of the apartment where they could play easier.

When we arrived we discovered that one of the toilets were broken and made ??noise as well as to one of the beds was broken. They tried to fix the toilet but did not succeed so it made ??noise throughout the holiday, the bed they did not bother to fix. It was also very sloppily cleaned so they cleaned again but it was not much better. We got very little money back for everything and am not happy about paying so much for this apartment that had so much wrong.

Our vacation was still great and we stayed in the apartment for the children so they could feel free to play as well as they refused to refund our money.
They even stopped to answer the phone and did not recur with mail and phone calls when they promised to do so. They should have better customer care.

I recommend the location in Beverly Hills but it is enough to find another apartment that is better maintained. The description that AE Hospitality has entered did not match with reality.

Great space, good location

The unit was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. It is in a very safe residential neighborhood but it isn't very LA trendy. Luckily, it is a short drive to the more hip restaurants and shops.

Spacious Condo, Perfect for Family

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers were thrilled with this rental, which was larger than expected with a huge two-story living room and loft. The two bedrooms and loft are all well separated so everyone had their own space.

The location was excellent for us, being right in the Jewish Pico Blvd. neighborhood with many kosher restaurants and synagogues within walking distance. It is very close to the Museum of Tolerance and the La Brea tar pits.

The unit was clean and well-maintained. Indoor parking is included and very convenient. The property management company is AE Hospitality, and they were very professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I strongly recommend this condo.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing
