Spacious 3700 square foot home in a posh Sherman Oaks/Studio City neighborhood. Located deep within the canyons, it is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful landscaping. The home was built in 1992 with wood floors, marble tiling, and high ceilings. The house is situated atop a hill in the canyons with 3 balconies and majestic views. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are all connected to a large outdoor patio. The master bedroom is grand with a fireplace, balcony, sunroom, and large bathroom with a nice jet spa. The living area on the second floor is setup in a theater like fashion with a 92" black diamond projection screen with quality surround sound. There is an adjacent game room with a built in bar and brand new pool table

The house is situated in an ideal location to enjoy the Los Angeles area. It feels as if you are in a luxurious getaway in the hills, yet its only a 10 minute drive on surface streets to Universal Studios, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. On top of all that, its just a 2 minute drive to the famous Ventura Blvd where there are rows and rows of quality dining and shopping. And for all you beachgoers, Santa Monica and Malibu are just a 20 minute drive. An added treat us Dixie Canyon Park located just 5 houses down the street. This is a beautiful 20 acre plot donated by Warren Beatty which is an absolute must see and great place to get away.
