Our luxury home is equipped to a very high standard and fully equipped for up to 10 guests when using the sofa bed. Crib & highchair can be available on request.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has many grat features including:
26' x 12' private south facing pool with spa which can be heated if required.
Master Bedroom with King size 4 poster bed, Master Bathroom, walk in closet, cable TV with DVD player.
Second Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, full bathroom, closet, cable TV.
Third and fourth bedroom each have twin beds and cable TV.

Southern Dunes has a PGA Championship golf course and is rated in the top six in Florida.
In addition to the golf facilities there is a club and restaurant, a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a childrens play area.
Outside the gated entrance yet within easy walking distance there is a 24 hr WalMart, bank, and fast food outlets. There are many fine restaurants also located within easy reach.
Southern Dunes is an ideal base to visit all the major attractions and is located about 20 minutes fro Disney Main Gate, about 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of adventure, and about an hour from Busch Gardens.
