River Front Condo in Palatka

Bass Capital of the World!!  River Front Condo on the St. Johns River in East Palatka Florida.  Public boat ramp 1 mile.  Two bedroom, two bath townhome, sleeps 4, 1 king and 2 twins, cable TV, wireless internet, and fully equipped kitchen.  Covered parking, assigned boat slip with ropes and hooks, community pool; additional fees are: cleaning fee $75 and sales tax; fully refundable security deposit $250 allow 10 days for refund.

20% of rental is due upon reservation, full rental is due 20 days before arrival. Cashier check or pay via paypal (owner will send link, this service is at no cost to the renter). When you use PayPal to pay the rent, your refundable deposit will be sent to you using Paypal as well, at no cost to you. Personal Checks are welcome for the initial 1/2 rental deposit.

Check out time: 11 AM (late check outs will be charged a prorated rate).

Smoking outside only; no pets allowed, children are welcome.

King Bed, 2 twins, Queen Futon bed, full inflatable bed, infant mattress, other accomodations available upon request.

Linens, towels, soap, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, and coffee filters are provided. Full gas grill. Poonton boat rental for extra fee (call owner for details and availability must be 21 years old or older).

3 TV's with DVD players.

St Augustine offers a variety of tours, museums, boating and very fine restaurants. Stay in East Palatka and avoid the crowd while being able to enjoy the St. Augustine area just a few miles away.

YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE MADE WITH A DEPOSIT (20% OF RENTAL) OR FULL PAYMENT IF DATE NEARS ARRIVAL. CANCELLATIONS TWO WEEKS AHEAD OF ARRIVAL WILL RECEIVE FULL REFUND, ALL OTHER WILL LOOSE PAYMENT. OWNER USES PAYPAL FOR TRANSACTION PAYMENT AND REFUND OF REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. OTHER ARRAGEMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IF RESERVATION IS MADE IN ADVANCE.
