The perfect family retreat, each level has a private bedroom (Q/Q/K) and full bathroom with plenty of room to relax and spread out.

• Upstairs bedroom:
  The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining private bathroom and walk-in closet.
• Main floor bedroom:
  The main floor bedroom features log walls and a queen bed, with an adjoining private bathroom.
• Downstairs bedroom:
  The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and a bathroom that is shared with the downstairs living area.

• Upstairs loft:
  The loft has a queen sleeper sofa and chair and overlooks the living room with amazing views of Grandfather Mountain.

• Common Areas:
  The main floor living area has a romantic stone-faced gas fireplace, which you can enjoy from the comfortable couch and loveseat.  It also features a wide screen 28-inch high definition television, with DVD player.  The downstairs living area features a couch, chair, 27-inch television with DVD player, foosball table, and access to the lower deck.  From downstairs, you can also access the hot tub.  In the upstairs loft, you can get some work done at the desk, or relax with a good book on the couch or chair.  The view of Grandfather is excellent from the upper deck, where you can relax in the rocking chairs or enjoy a meal on the patio set.

Conveniently located close to everything the area has to offer – Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, all 4 ski/golf resorts are within a 10-15 mile (15-20 minutes) drive. Hiking trails are a short walk away. The town of Boone is about 10 miles, Banner Elk and Linville about the same.

Seasonal Rates: $150 - $225 per night, $900 - $1200 per week

Jul, Oct and Holiday Rates: $175 - $250 per night $1100 - $1500 per week
